We are located on the ground floor of the Heritage Tower, which is right behind the Visnagar Bank on Ashram Road. This part of Usmanpura is always bustling with people and bank work. Adi Shantigram Storeys Llp is run from here, and the office stays quite busy throughout the week. Being in Ahmedabad, the heat can be a bit much, but the building stays relatively cool. We have a lot of files to keep track of because dealing with storeys and buildings involves an endless amount of government forms and local permits. Our office isn't very large, so things can feel a bit crowded when we have a few visitors at once. We usually just pull up an extra chair and offer some water. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We don't use much fancy software; it is mostly about talking to people and making sure the plans are being followed. The bank next door is a good landmark, otherwise, people might miss the turn for Heritage Tower. We spend many hours here just making sure the Shantigram projects are moving at a decent pace. It is a lot of coordination between the architects and the site supervisors. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to make sure the work we do is solid and the records are kept straight. It’s just a normal day-to-day routine for us in the heart of the city.
