We operate out of Rudravan Bunglows, specifically at number 10, right across from Someshwar Part 3 in Thaltej. It’s a nice area to work in, though it has gotten a lot busier over the last few years with all the new shops. We do construction work, mostly around this side of town. Since we are in a bungalow, it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. It feels more like a home, which we like. We usually have people coming in and out all day with plans or materials. Thaltej is a good base for us because we can get to most of our sites pretty quickly from here. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a desk all day. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We spend a lot of time on site, so sometimes the office is empty for a few hours. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city or win any awards. We just want to do work that we can be okay with at the end of the day. The parking around here can be tricky during the day, so we usually tell people to park a bit further down. It’s a straightforward business. We build things, we fix things, and we move on to the next one. It’s about keeping busy and making sure the clients get what they asked for.
