Aaradhya Biznovation Private Limited is based at C/214 in Bhaviknagar, which is in the Adinathnagar part of Odhav, Ahmedabad. This area is a real mix of homes and small industrial units, so there is always a lot of activity on the streets. Our office is tucked away in the society, which gives us a bit of peace from the main road traffic. It’s not a big office, just a small room where we have our desks and all our equipment set up. Ahmedabad can get incredibly hot during the summer months, so we spend a lot of time just trying to stay cool while we work through our lists. We don't have any fancy titles or a big management structure. Everyone who works here just helps out with whatever needs to be done at the time. If someone needs a hand with filing or answering the phone, we just jump in. We have been in Odhav for quite some time now and we really like the practical feel of the neighborhood. Sometimes we have issues with the power or the internet, but that’s just part of life here. We don't spend any time on big advertisements or promotional talk. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure we don't fall behind. It’s a simple, honest way to run a company and it keeps us busy.
