We have our small office at 13, Riddhi Siddhi Complex over in Dholera. Most people know the area these days because of all the news about the new developments around Dhandhuka and the rest of Ahmedabad. We are 7 Oak Developers Private Limited. We aren't a massive company with a shiny glass building or anything. We just have this one spot in the complex where we handle all our paperwork and meet with people. Dholera is still a bit out there, but things are moving fast. We spend a lot of our time looking at land and figuring out where new things can go. It involves a lot of driving around the Gujarat countryside. Our office isn't always staffed every single hour because we are often out on the field checking on things. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We are just a group of people trying to build something here. Sometimes the dust from the new roads gets into everything, but that is just part of being in Dholera right now. We have seen the development plans change a dozen times over the years, but we have stayed put at Riddhi Siddhi. It is a practical place to work from. We don't have a lot of fancy marketing stuff to show you. We just have our maps and our property records. We have been around since before some of the bigger roads were even finished and paved.
