Bharat Casting

Bharat Casting is located at 79, Mandi Kaisar Ganj, in the Ahata Amba Ganj area. This place has been around the block, and the building definitely shows its age, but it works for what we do. Casting metal is a messy, hot job, so we aren't really looking for a polished look anyway. The air in Mandi Kaisar Ganj always has that industrial smell, a mix of dust and metal, which is just part of life for us. We spend our hours around the furnaces and the molds, making sure the metal pours right and sets without too many bubbles or cracks. It’s hard work on the back and the hands, and most of us have been doing this for years. The shop floor is usually covered in sand and scrap bits, and it gets pretty loud when the machinery is all running at once. We don't really have a fancy front office for meetings; most people just come by the gate and talk to us right there. Dealing with the heat in the summer is the hardest part, especially when you're working with molten stuff. But we have our routine down. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in town, just trying to get the orders finished for the local shops and contractors who need their parts. It’s a basic operation, but it’s what we know how to do best in this neighborhood.
