Yash E-Ticket Reservation Centre

We are based right at Dhakran Crossing in Agra. If you know the city, you know how busy that crossing gets at almost any hour of the day. Our place is called Yash E-Ticket Reservation Centre. We mainly focus on booking tickets—trains, buses, planes, whatever people need. It’s a lot of sitting in front of the computer and dealing with the booking portals. Sometimes the internet is slow or the government sites are down, which can be frustrating, but we just wait it out. People come to us because they don’t want to deal with the online systems themselves or they find it too confusing. We’re right there on the corner, so it’s easy for people to drop in while they’re out doing other errands. It’s a small shop, and it can get a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting at the same time. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a couple of us handling the screens. We also help with general travel questions if people aren’t sure how to get somewhere. Dhakran Crossing is a landmark on its own, so we get a lot of walk-ins. It’s just a regular local business, nothing too special about how we do things. We just try to get the tickets printed and the reservations confirmed so people can go on their way. It keeps us occupied until we close up.
