Our office for Warsi Impex Medical System is located at 10/122 in Katra Madari Khan. It is a very short walk from S.N. Medical College here in Agra, which makes it a convenient spot for what we do. The area is always crowded and noisy, with people rushing everywhere. Inside our place, it’s a bit quieter but usually quite cluttered with medical equipment and spare parts. We aren't the type to have a polished reception desk or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, you'll find us hunched over a workbench or talking on the phone with a supplier. The building has that old Agra feel to it, and sometimes the electricity acts up when the weather gets too hot. We just deal with it and keep moving. Most of us have worked here for years and we know the inventory by heart, even if the filing system looks a bit messy to an outsider. We focus on getting the medical systems ready and making sure the orders are correct. It is practical work and doesn't require much fluff. My uncle started helping out last year, so it's a bit of a family vibe in the office. We stick to what we know. Being in this part of Uttar Pradesh means we are right in the middle of everything, and that’s how we like to operate. The truck drivers usually struggle with the narrow lane, so we go out and help.
