Our office is located at 407 in Maruti Plaza, which is part of Block-118/8 here in Agra. We are quite close to Gg Nursing Home, so people usually find us by looking for that landmark first. Being on the fourth floor means we get a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking out at the other buildings in the complex. The elevator in Maruti Plaza can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often end up taking the stairs if we are in a rush. It is a busy area with a lot of other businesses crammed into the same block. You can hear the sounds of the street even from up here. We’ve set up the space to be practical. There is enough room for us to sit and work, and for whoever comes in to sit down for a chat. We don’t go for anything too flashy. The walls have a few calendars and the shelves are full of things we need for the day. Sanjay Place is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but we manage with the old AC unit we’ve got. It’s a local spot where we know the neighbors and the people running the other units nearby. We spend a lot of time here, just working through the piles of tasks on our desks and making sure the lights stay on.
