If you go down to the Main Bazar in Vibhav Nagar, you'll eventually find Vinod Kumar Incomtex. It's right in the middle of all the daily action. Agra is known for its busy markets and we are right in the thick of it all. The noise from the street is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a week or two of working here. I’m Vinod, and I’ve been running things from this office for a long time. It’s a practical setup. We have what we need to get the job done and not much else. There’s a lot of walking traffic outside our door. Sometimes people wander in just to ask for directions to another shop, and that's fine with me. I don't mind a bit of a chat now and then. The office isn't very big, so we have to keep things organized or it becomes a total mess. I try to keep the paperwork in order but it's a constant battle every single day. We don't have any big signs or bright flashing lights. Just a name on a board and a place to work. It's a local thing. Most of our days are spent talking to people or filling out various forms. It’s not exactly exciting but it’s what we do. 282001 is our home. I grew up not too far from here. Vibhav Nagar has changed a lot but we are still here.
