Our office is at 8, Bhagwati Complex on M G Road. We are right opposite Shah Talkies, which is a big landmark in this part of Agra. Uttam Holidays & Travels Pvt. Ltd. has been in this same spot for many years. The office is not very fancy. It has the basic desks and chairs we need to do our work. We spend most of our time booking holidays and sorting out travel details for people who come in. It involves a lot of typing and being on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait for it to come back. That is just how life is on M G Road. We do not have a big corporate team. It is just a handful of us who know how to get things booked properly. We see a lot of regular customers who have been using us for a long time. The street outside is always loud with traffic and horns, but we just focus on what we are doing. We do not make big promises that we cannot keep. We just look for the options that work for people. We have old maps and calendars on the walls. It feels like a real workplace where things get done. We are not trying to impress anyone with how the office looks. We just want the tickets to be right. It is hard work sometimes but we enjoy it most of the time.
