Uddyamita Samadhan Foundation

Our base is at Block No. 30/218 in Sanjay Place, right across from Vikas Bhawan. Being in Sanjay Place means there’s always something going on outside, which keeps us on our toes. Uddyamita Samadhan Foundation isn't a typical business office. We have a lot of people coming in and out, asking for advice or just wanting to chat about their ideas. The place is a bit of a mess sometimes with papers everywhere and the tea kettle always running. We aren't interested in looking corporate or wearing suits. We’re just people who want to help others figure out how to get their own things started. We spend a lot of time listening. Some days we feel like we’ve got it all figured out, and other days we’re just winging it like everyone else. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy posters on the walls. Just the address and a door that’s usually open. We’ve been in this building for a bit and we know most of the people in the neighboring offices. It’s a community of workers and we’re just glad to be a part of it. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful without making a big production out of it. We've got a small team and we like it that way because it keeps things grounded and easy to manage.
