Ub Engineering & Trading Company is situated at No. 2 in the Balaji Complex. We are in the Silver City area, right along Gwalior Road. It’s a good location because of all the traffic that comes through on the main road every day. The complex itself has several different businesses, so there’s always a lot of coming and going in the parking area. Our space is mostly taken up by engineering parts and various items we trade with other companies. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, as there’s often a bit of grease or metal dust around, but that’s just the nature of engineering work. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. Gwalior Road is always moving, and we like being right in the middle of that activity. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of layers; we are a small team that knows our way around technical equipment and machinery. People come to us when they need specific parts or some advice on a project they’re working on. We don’t have a fancy front desk, usually, you just walk in and find one of us in the back working on something. Silver City is a growing spot, and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we first moved into Balaji Complex. We just keep doing what we do, buying and selling parts and helping out with engineering needs. It’s a basic business run by regular people who know their trade and want to do a good job.
