Our desk is inside Hotel Clarksshiraz over on Taj Road. It is a nice spot at number 54. T C I(Travel Corporation(India) Ltd. has been around for a long time. Being based in the hotel means we see a lot of travelers coming and going all through the day. It is a bit different from a standalone office. We are right there where the hotel guests are. We help with seeing things in the area and onward journeys. It stays pretty busy, especially during the months when more people visit Agra. We do not have a massive setup here, just what we need to help people out. The atmosphere is a bit more formal because we are in a hotel, but we ourselves are pretty casual. We have been doing this for many years. We know the city and the surrounding areas very well. We do not use a lot of big words or fancy sales pitches. If someone needs a car or a guide, we just get it arranged for them. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and checking on schedules. It is a lot of logbooks and writing things down. We like being centrally located on Taj Road. It is very convenient for everyone. We do not have a fancy website with all sorts of bells and whistles. Most people just walk up to the counter and talk to us. We try to be helpful and get the job done. It's a steady routine for us.
