Swami Confectionary

Located at 5/208/1A on Alwatiya Road, our shop is a well-known spot in the Shah Ganj area of Agra. We are near New Ramnager and the Shankerghar Ki Puliya, which is a busy little corner. Being a confectionery, we mostly have things like biscuits, sweets, and different types of salty snacks. It’s the kind of place where kids stop by after school to spend a few rupees on candy or a small packet of chips. We also keep some basic groceries for the families living around here so they don’t have to go all the way to the main market for every little thing. The shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. There are jars of toffees on the counter and stacks of cold drinks in the fridge. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to worry about the drinks getting warm, but that is just how things are here in Agra. We spend our days chatting with the neighbors and keeping an eye on the street. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it at this location for a while now. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or anything. People come in because they know us and they know we have what they need for their tea time or a quick snack. It’s just us doing our thing in Shah Ganj, keeping the store open for whoever stops by.
