We spend a lot of time just talking. Homeopathy is like that; you have to understand the whole person, not just the cough or the ache. The furniture is simple—a few wooden chairs and a table. We don't have a big waiting list or a fancy computer system. Most people just walk in or call us on the phone. Sometimes the shopping arcade gets a bit loud with deliveries or people shouting, but we just keep the door closed. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for what we need to do.
