Hams Osian Institute is over in Sector No. 7 of Awas Vikas Colony in Bodla. Our door number is 710. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when the students are arriving or leaving. We’ve been running this place for a while, and it’s mostly just classrooms and desks. It’s not like those big corporate training centers you see in the city. We have local teachers and local kids coming in to learn. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, and we have to give it a kick. There are always stacks of books and old exam papers lying around in the office. We try to keep it tidy but with so many people coming through, it’s a struggle. Most mornings start with unlocking the main gate and checking if the markers for the boards still work. The neighborhood knows us well. Parents often stop by just to chat about how their kids are doing. We don't have a big marketing budget, so people just find out about us from their neighbors. It’s a simple setup. We have a few rooms and a small space where we sit and handle the paperwork. Bodla is a busy place, but once you get inside the colony, it’s a bit calmer. We just focus on the lessons and making sure everyone has what they need for the day. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days of the week.
