We operate out of unit E-83 in the Site-c U. P. S. I. D. C. Industrial Area over in Sikandra. Being located in an industrial zone means there are always large trucks moving around and a fair amount of noise from the nearby factories. Emcare Surgitech Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we get down to the technical work every single day. The building is purely functional, designed more for moving heavy items than for looking nice. We deal with surgical and technical items, so keeping the inside of the facility clean is something we have to pay a lot of attention to. The roads around Sikandra can be a bit rough, especially after it rains, but we have all gotten used to the daily commute. Our day usually starts pretty early because the industrial area gets busy very fast in the morning. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking the equipment and making sure the supplies are moving out to the customers on time. It involves a lot of manual work and coordination between the staff. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone like that. It is just us, the regular staff, handling the logistics and the production side of things. It can be quite tiring during the summer months when the heat gets intense in these large industrial sheds. We just focus on getting the orders right and keeping the machines running as they should.
