Sikandra Hospital

Sikandra Hospital sits right on Budha Road, which is a busy part of Agra. If you know the Sikandra area, you know how the traffic can get sometimes. Our building at number 40 has been standing for quite a bit. It’s a solid structure, nothing too modern, but it does what it needs to do. Inside, the hallways are narrow and the paint is a bit old in some corners, but we keep everything clean. Most of us have been working here for years. We know the local shopkeepers and the families who live down the street. It’s a community thing. When people come in, they usually see the same faces at the reception. We don't use any of those big corporate systems that make everything complicated. We use paper files mostly, and we talk to each other instead of sending emails across the hall. The 282007 pin code area is home to many people who rely on us for their basic health needs. We open up early and stay until the last person is seen. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch to the generator, which makes a bit of a hum, but life goes on. It’s a regular hospital for regular people. We don’t have a fancy lobby with fountains or anything. Just some chairs, a desk, and a bunch of people trying to help out.
