You can find us at 150 B Basant Vihar, near the Satya Sai area. Sidak Realty Llp is a small operation, and we like it that way. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the streets and the people pretty well. Our office is a simple place. We don't have any of those modern designer chairs or big art pieces on the walls. It’s just a place to sit, talk, and get the documents signed. Real estate in Basant Vihar can be quite competitive, but we just focus on what’s right in front of us. We aren't interested in being the biggest agency in town. We’d rather just do a good job for the few people we work with each week. Sometimes the traffic around Satya Sai is a total nightmare, so we end up being late for meetings, which we hate, but it happens. We try to be honest about what we can and can’t do. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone with legal jargon if we can avoid it. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of local knowledge. We take things as they come and try to keep the business running smoothly. It’s a quiet enough life, and the area is nice. We’re glad to be part of the community here in Basant Vihar and we plan on staying for quite a while longer.
