Shukla Travel Agency

Our agency, Shukla Travel Agency, is located very close to the Agra Fort and the Bijli Ghar bus stand. Being right next to the bus stand means we are always in the middle of a lot of movement. We have been here for many years, and the office has a very lived-in feel to it. It is just a small shop where we sell bus tickets and help people with local tours. My father started this business, and I have been running it for a while now. We have some old benches outside where people can wait for their buses if they get there early. The area is always noisy with the sound of horns and vendors, but it is the heartbeat of the city. We do not do any big advertising or have a polished website. Most of our customers are just people passing through the bus stand who see our sign and come in to ask for help. We know the bus timings by heart because we see them coming and going every single day. In the summer, it gets incredibly hot, so we have a small cooler that we keep running. It is a simple, honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being right where all the travelers are. We do not have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the buses are on time.
