Shri Krishn General Store

Shri Krishn General Store is tucked away in the B-595 Tyc section of the Main Bazar in Agra. It’s a practical sort of place. We don't have bright lights or big displays, just shelves packed with groceries and household goods. You can find pulses, grains, and all kinds of packaged food here. We've been at this address for a while, and the neighborhood knows us well. The shop is small, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when more than two people are inside, but we make it work. Most of the time, I'm the one here from morning till night. It’s a lot of sitting and waiting, then suddenly five people show up at once. Dealing with the heat in Agra is probably the hardest part of the job, but we have a small fan that helps. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. People find us because we’re right there in the market. I try to keep the most popular items within reach so I don't have to keep climbing the ladder. Sometimes the wholesale markets are short on supplies, so we have to explain to customers why we don't have their favorite brand of oil. Most people are understanding, though.
