Shri Balaji Tour & Travels

Shri Balaji Tour & Travels is located at Shop Number 21 in the Khandari area. We are right opposite Sath Padam Chand. Khandari is a bit different from the touristy parts of Agra because it’s more of a place where students and local families live. Because of that, we do a lot of business with people who live in the neighborhood. We started the shop because we saw that people around here often needed a reliable way to get to the station or to travel to nearby cities for work. We have a few cars that we keep in good condition, and our drivers are locals who know all the roads in and out of the city. The shop itself is quite modest. We have a small desk where we keep our booking diary and a phone that seems to ring at all hours. I spend most of my day there, talking to customers and making sure the drivers know where they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of coordinating, especially when the traffic in Khandari gets heavy in the evenings. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. It's just a local business trying to provide a service that the community needs. Most of our customers are people we see every day at the market or around the neighborhood. We like it that way because it keeps things personal and simple. It's a steady business and we enjoy being part of the area.
