Shiva Travels Service is at Shop No-1 in New Shah Market. We are right by Shah Talkies, which is a very busy part of Nehru Nagar. If you know Agra, you know how crowded it gets around here with all the shops and people moving about. Our shop is small, but it’s right on the corner so you can't really miss it. I spend a lot of time just looking out the door at the bikes and rickshaws going past. We handle a lot of local travel stuff, and it’s mostly just us answering the phone and writing things down in the ledger. The desk is a bit cluttered with pens and old receipts, but I know where everything is. Sometimes the noise from the market is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard over the phone. We don't use any complicated computer systems, just the basics to keep things running. It’s a simple setup we’ve had for a while now in the 282002 pin code area. My cousin usually comes by in the evening to help with the accounts. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable place where people can come and talk to a real person. Most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. It’s just how things work in this part of town, keeping it simple and being there when people need a ride.
