We are located at Plot No-42 in Hath Ka Nagla. Our place is really easy to find because we are very close to the Ram Mandir. You can often hear the bells from the temple during the morning and evening prayers, which is a nice touch to the workday. Being in the food and beverage business, we have a lot of stuff coming in and out all the time. Hath Ka Nagla is a busy neighborhood with narrow lanes, so getting the delivery trucks in can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We spend a lot of time moving bags and crates around to make space. The building is just a simple concrete structure, nothing fancy at all. We have a few tables and a lot of storage space for the stock. Most of the people who stop by are locals or people visiting the temple who need a quick drink or something to eat. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us and a couple of helpers making sure the food and drinks are ready and the place is somewhat tidy. The weather can be a bit rough in the summer, making it hot inside, but we just keep the doors open for a breeze. It is a typical small business life, dealing with suppliers and talking to the regulars who live on our street. We have been here for a good while now and we know the rhythms of the lane.
