Shahab General Store

Shahab General Store is situated right at Saraya Khwaja, near the Kheriya Mod in Agra. We are right in the middle of all the noise. Since we are in the 282001 area, there is always some local activity happening outside our door every single day. We carry various items. It might be a packet of tea, some matches for the kitchen, or maybe some biscuits for the kids. It is not a very big shop, so we have to tuck things into every little corner and shelf we have. We try to pay attention to what the people in the neighborhood like so we can have those items ready for them. The Kheriya Mod area is always busy with people going here and there, and we are just one of the small shops along the road. I started this place because I wanted to have my own small business. It is hard work to stay open from morning until night, but it is okay with me. We see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. Sometimes when it is a bit quiet, we just sit on the stools outside and watch the street. There is no big corporate strategy or anything like that here. We just sell things and talk to the people who come in. The building is a bit old, but it works fine for us. If you need something, you just come in and ask. That is how it works.
