Our office is at 610, Martui Plaza. It is right there in Sanjay Palace in Agra. Being in this city, we get a lot of people asking about tours. Sarck Tour & Marketing Pvt Ltd does a bit of travel work and some marketing as well. It is a bit of a mixed setup. The office is usually busy with people talking on their phones. We are not into those glossy brochures that look too perfect. We prefer just talking to people face to face. We have been doing this for a while. Martui Plaza is a well-known building, so it is easy for people to drop by and see us. We have a few desks and a lot of tea gets drank here during the day. We handle bookings for different trips and help some local businesses with their reach. It takes a lot of coordination. Sometimes things get a bit cluttered with notes on the wall, but we know where everything is located. We do not pretend to be some huge international company. We are just a local team working out of a normal office space. We know the local market well. People come to us because they know we have been around for years. We do not use fancy sales scripts. We just tell people the facts. It keeps things simple. That is really all there is to our business. We mostly deal with locals but some outsiders find us too. It is a good mix.
