Sapphire Packers & Movers

Our office is Shop No. 32 in the Rani Kila Complex in Agra. We’ve been working out of this complex for a while now. Sapphire Packers & Movers is basically about moving stuff from one house to another or shifting offices. It’s a lot of physical work and planning out the logistics. We spend a lot of time looking at boxes, tape, and bubble wrap. The shop in Rani Kila Complex is where we handle the paperwork and talk to customers about their moves. It’s not a very big shop because most of the work happens out at people’s houses or on the trucks. We’ve got a system for how we pack things, but it’s mostly just common sense and taking care not to break stuff. People come in worried about their furniture or their dishes, and we just talk through how we’re going to wrap it all up. The complex itself is usually busy with other businesses, so there’s always people around. We don't have a fancy corporate office, just a place to sit and organize the schedule for the drivers and the packing crew. Every move is a bit different, some are just down the street and others are much further away. We just take it one job at a time and try to keep everything organized in our logs. It’s heavy work but it’s what we do here.
