If you're looking for Sapan Travels, we are located in Ronak Enclave. It's on Shamshabad Road, right near the TV Tower and the Girdhari Lal Tent House Godown. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain, but once you see the TV tower, you know you’re in the right place. We have been operating out of this part of Agra for some time. The office is pretty straightforward—no fancy decorations, just the things we need to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating where cars need to go. Shamshabad Road can get quite busy, but our little corner in Ronak Enclave is a bit tucked away. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat it at the desk between calls. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the power goes out and it gets a bit warm inside, so we step out for some air. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We don't have any big missions, we just want to make sure the work gets done and the customers are satisfied enough to come back. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. We just keep our heads down and keep the diaries updated every single day.
