You can find Ramrons Power (I) Private Limited over at Friends Center. Specifically, we're at No. 38 4B/F 2 on the first floor. It’s a functional space. We don’t have any of those modern open-office layouts with bean bags. Instead, it’s just desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals. We deal with power systems, so there are usually components or schematics lying around. The first floor is convenient because we don’t have to wait for the elevator much. The Friends Center building itself has been around for a while. We know the security guards and the folks in the other offices. It’s a bit of a community here. Our team is pretty focused. We don't spend much time on small talk when there's a deadline approaching. Sometimes the office is quiet, other times everyone is talking at once trying to solve a problem. We use a lot of whiteboards to sketch out ideas. They’re usually covered in half-erased notes. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so it looks like a real workspace. A bit lived-in, you could say. We focus on the technical details of the power industry. It’s what we know. We just come in, do the work, and head home. There’s no secret formula or corporate mission statement hanging on the wall. Just the address and our name on the door. It's a busy place but we like the pace. Most days go by pretty fast for us.
