We are based in Agra, which most people know for the Taj Mahal, but for us, it’s just home and where we work. Our business is mostly about importing and exporting, which means a lot of time spent on the phone and dealing with shipping containers. The office is right here in Uttar Pradesh. It gets incredibly hot here in the summers, so we keep the shutters down and the fans on high. We have stacks of papers on every desk and maps pinned to the walls. It’s a lot of logistics and trying to make sure things get from one place to another without getting lost or stuck at a port somewhere. We have a small group of people working here. We’ve all been together for quite some time now. We don't have any big slogans or fancy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, we just tell them. We spend a lot of time checking tracking numbers and making sure the labels are correct. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed and we have to spend the whole day sorting it out. That’s just the nature of this business. We like being in Agra, even with the dust and the noise. It feels like a real place where things actually happen. We aren't trying to change the world, we're just trying to make sure our clients get their goods on time and everything stays in order.
