Our space is filled with machines and boxes because we make scientific and surgical goods. It’s a lot of technical stuff, but the way we run the place is pretty down to earth. We have workers who have been here for decades, and they’ve seen how the industry has changed over the years. The floors are concrete and the ceiling is high, which makes it cold in the winter and warm in the summer. We don’t spend much time on fancy marketing materials. Most people know us because they’ve used our products in labs or hospitals. We just focus on keeping the machines running and making sure the products meet the standards we need them to. It’s a busy atmosphere with people constantly checking lists and moving pallets. Sometimes things get a bit messy during a big production run, but we always tidy up at the end of the shift. It’s just hard, honest work in a part of town where everyone else is doing the same. We just keep doing what we do and don't make a big fuss about it.
