Road-X Automotives

If you head down the Taj Expressway Link Road near Nunhai Crossing, you’ll find us at Plot No- 1 A in the Industrial Estate. Road-X Automotives has been operating out of this garage for a bit now. It’s a gritty part of town, but that’s where the real work happens. We spend most of our time under hoods or dealing with parts. The floor is usually a bit greasy, and there’s always the sound of tools clanking around. We started this because we all liked cars and realized we could make a living out of it. It’s not a clean, white-floor showroom; it’s a working shop. We deal with whatever vehicles come through the gate. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times something sits in the corner for a week while we wait for a part to arrive. The dust from the road gets in everywhere, but we don't mind it much. We know the other guys in the industrial estate, and we help each other out when someone needs a specific tool. It’s honest work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. We don’t put on airs here. If a car is acting up, we take a look and see what can be done. Being near the expressway is handy for people passing through who run into trouble. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work in front of us. There's always another engine to look at tomorrow or a tire to change.
