Regro Agrotech And Infra Private Limited is based out of N.W-9 in Soami Bagh, Agra. This part of town is a bit different because of the atmosphere around Soami Bagh. Our office is tucked away here, and it’s where we coordinate all the agro and infrastructure work we are involved in. It’s a mix of different tasks every day. One hour we might be talking about seeds or soil, and the next we are looking at blueprints for a small construction job. We have a lot of samples sitting around the office, so it can get a little cluttered. There is usually some dirt on the floor because we are often coming back from site visits. We don’t really mind it. The staff is small, just a couple of people who have been working together for years. We know each other's habits, like who likes their coffee black and who forgets to lock the back door. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We have some sturdy desks and enough light to see what we are doing. The work can be tiring, especially when we have to be out in the sun, but the office in Soami Bagh is a nice place to return to at the end of the day. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up reports for the government, but that's just part of the job.
