Ranu Tour & Travels

Ranu Tour & Travels is located right in Namner, Agra, very close to the Namner Crossing. It’s a busy spot with lots of rickshaws and people moving about all day. I started this place because I know these roads like the back of my hand and figured I could help people get around. It isn't a huge office with fancy carpets or anything. We just have a desk, a few chairs, and a calendar on the wall to keep track of bookings. Usually, I am the one answering the phone, but sometimes my brother steps in when I have to go out and check on the cars. We mostly handle taxi bookings for local sightseeing or drops to the railway station. Some people want to go further, like to Delhi or Jaipur, and we arrange those trips too. We have a small group of drivers who have been working with us for a long time. They are good people and they know how to handle the heavy Agra traffic. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we don't mind much. We just sit here, drink our tea, and wait for the next customer to walk in. It’s a simple way to make a living. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to make sure the car shows up when we say it will. It's a small family run thing and we stay busy enough.
