If you’re near the Delhi Gate area, you’ll find Rama Dental Care Center inside Das Market. It’s a busy spot with people coming and going from the gate all the time. The market is always buzzing with noise, which you can hear even from inside the clinic. I’ve been working here for quite a while. The space is kept as clean as possible, though the building itself is a bit older. We have the basic dental chairs and equipment you’d expect. It’s not one of those high-end luxury clinics with a fountain in the lobby. It’s just a place where people come when their teeth hurt or they need a checkup. I spend a lot of time in the small waiting area talking to patients. Many of them are locals who live right around Delhi Gate. They’ve been coming to us for years. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of being in this part of town. The stairs up to the market can be a bit steep for some of the older folks, so they take their time. We try to make everyone feel comfortable, even if they are a bit nervous about the dentist. It’s a simple setup. We open early and stay until the last patient is seen. There’s no big marketing plan, just word of mouth from people in the market. It’s our daily routine and we’re used to it. Sometimes the market gets so loud we have to shut the door tight.
