We are set up over in Raja Mandi. If you know the area, you know how packed the lanes can get with shoppers and rickshaws. Our agency is right in the middle of all that noise. We handle medical supplies and different types of medicines that go out to the local shops. The building we are in is quite old, with high ceilings and narrow stairs that make moving boxes a real workout. We have a couple of guys who help with the loading and unloading when the trucks arrive in the morning. It’s usually a bit of a mess for an hour or two until we get everything sorted into the right piles. We don't have a showroom or a place for people to browse. It’s more of a warehouse feel where we just focus on the orders. There’s an old desk in the corner where the phone rings more than it probably should. We write everything down in a big notebook because that’s just how we’ve always done it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use flashlights to find things in the back, but we make it work. Raja Mandi is a tough place to navigate, but it’s where all the trade happens, so it makes sense for us to be here. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the shutter comes down at night. That is the way we run things here.
