Rahat Clinic

Rahat Clinic is situated at Nalband crossing on MG Road. It’s a very busy intersection, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been here for quite some time, and most people in the area know the spot. The clinic itself is quite simple and doesn’t have any of those fancy modern decorations. We just have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on and a small desk where we do our work. MG Road is always full of traffic, so it can get pretty noisy with the horns and the engines, but you eventually stop noticing it. We see all kinds of people, from shopkeepers to students, who just need a bit of medical help. We don’t have a big team or any complicated systems. We just keep a simple notebook to track who comes in. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps the air moving in the heat. We don’t use any marketing phrases or try to sound like a big company. We are just a local clinic for the neighborhood. People stop by for things like a fever or a quick blood pressure check. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We like being at the crossing because it makes us easy to find for anyone passing through. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now.
