Our office is over in Nirbhay Nagar, specifically at C 8 on Gailana Road. Agra is a busy place, but this bit of the city has its own rhythm. We’ve been here at Q M A for quite some time now. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we get our daily tasks finished. Most days start with opening the shutters and letting the air in before it gets too hot. We deal with various things throughout the day, mostly sitting at the old wooden desks that have been here forever. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait or talk until it comes back. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. It’s more like a group of people who know each other well enough to know when to keep quiet and when to joke around. We see a lot of the same faces walking by on Gailana Road every morning. It’s a good community. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone telling us how to speak. We just talk like normal people. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. If someone drops by, we find them a chair. It’s simple. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on, and that’s plenty for us. Life in Agra moves at its own pace, and we just move along with it.
