Pushpanjali Hospital & Research Centre

We operate out of the Pushpanjali Palace near Delhi Gate. It’s a recognizable building in this part of town. We have the hospital side and then the research part where people look at data and samples. It gets quite crowded in the mornings when everyone arrives at once. The palace name makes it sound fancier than it is, really it's just a functional building with lots of offices and wards. We’ve had to renovate some of the floors recently because the plumbing was acting up. That’s just how it goes with older buildings. The staff here works long shifts. We see a lot of different cases every day. Some people are just here for a quick checkup and others stay longer. We try to keep the paperwork moving but sometimes there’s a backlog. The area around Delhi Gate is always moving. You can find us pretty easily if you know where the palace is. We don't spend much time on decorations. It's more about having the right equipment in the rooms. There’s a small canteen where we usually grab lunch. It isn't anything special but the food is decent. We’ve been through a lot of busy seasons here. Everyone just rolls up their sleeves and gets on with it. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just open the doors and see who needs help that day. It's a lot of responsibility but we are used to it by now.
