Pushpanjali Hospital & Research Center

Pushpanjali Hospital & Research Center is located right at Hari Parbat Chauraha near Delhi Gate. It is a busy spot. If you know the area, you know how much traffic passes through here every single day. We started this place because people in this part of town needed somewhere to go without traveling across the city. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we do. Our staff members mostly live nearby, so they walk or take a rickshaw to get here in the mornings. We spend a lot of time dealing with general health issues and some research on the side. It gets crowded in the waiting area, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to have something wrong. We try to keep things moving. There is always someone at the front desk to talk to. The research side is quieter, tucked away in the back where it’s less noisy. Sometimes the tea stall outside gets louder than the hospital itself. We just handle the patients as they come in. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking charts. The floors get mopped constantly because of all the feet walking in from the dusty street. It’s just a normal hospital doing normal work for the people around Delhi Gate. We don't have fancy lights or a huge lobby, just rooms and doctors and people trying to get better. There is always something to do, whether it is fixing a leaky tap or updating a patient file.
