Our office and wards are inside the Pushpanjali Palace building at Delhi Gate. Being a private limited setup means we have a lot of administrative things to handle alongside the medical work. It's a big operation with many departments. We spend a lot of time in the research section too, which is a bit quieter than the main hospital area. The building is right in the middle of a very active part of Delhi Gate. You can see the traffic from the front entrance. We have a lot of nurses and doctors who have been with us for years. The floors are tiled and we spend a lot of time cleaning them because of all the foot traffic. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow so most of us just use the stairs to get between floors. It’s a good way to stay active during a long shift. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people know we are here just by passing by or hearing from neighbors. We keep our records in a mix of paper and computer files. It’s a bit of a transition period for us on that front. The waiting area has some old magazines and a few benches that have seen better days. We are more worried about the machines and the medicine than the furniture. It is just a regular place where we work hard and try to stay organized.
