We are based over by Panna Lal Hanuman Ghat. It’s a place with a lot of history and quite a lot of stairs to climb. Being near the ghat means there’s always something going on outside our door. We work in the realty business, which mostly means we spend our time looking at old buildings and talking to property owners. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people might think from the outside. There is a lot of walking involved, especially around the older parts of the area where cars can't go. We know these alleys and corners quite well by now. We aren’t a corporate chain. We’re just a local outfit that understands how property moves in this specific part of town. Sometimes the paperwork moves slowly at the government offices, and sometimes it moves fast, but we just keep pushing it along. People come to us because they know we’re actually here on the ground, not in some distant air-conditioned office. The bells from the temples and the sound of the water are just part of our regular workday. We don’t use flashy marketing tricks or fake photos. We just show the properties exactly as they are. If a place has a damp wall or a bad view, we tell it like it is. It saves everyone a lot of time in the long run. We’ve been at Hanuman Ghat for a good bit now and plan to stay right here.
