Our office is a regular space where we do all our consulting work. We have some simple furniture, a couple of laptops, and plenty of notebooks for writing down our notes. Dayal Bagh is a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of Agra, and we like that when we have a lot of reading to do. Usually, we get in around nine and start the day by checking the messages that piled up. There isn't any fancy management structure here; we just sit at the same table and work on whatever needs to be done. We have a small corner where we make tea and keep our lunch bags. The office has big windows that let in a lot of sun, which makes it a nice place to sit. We don't bother with expensive marketing or trying to look like a big corporation. We just take on the work as it arrives and try to be as detailed as we can. Sometimes the days are long, and other times we finish up early. It’s a simple way of running things. We are just a few people providing advice from our office in Uttar Pradesh. We don't like to overcomplicate our day-to-day operations here.
