Pet World & Dog Clinic

Pet World & Dog Clinic is located in the basement of Akhilesh Tower, which is at B-14 on M.G. Road. We are right under Hotel Solitaire in the Hari Parbat area. Being in a basement means you have to walk down the stairs from the main road. It’s a bit darker down here than outside, but we have plenty of lights. The traffic on M.G. Road is always loud, but once you come down into the clinic, the sound fades away quite a bit. It’s a decent-sized space for a basement. We have a large sign on the tower so people don't miss us while they are driving. Inside, the clinic smells a bit like cleaning fluid most of the time. We have several metal tables and some cages in the back for pets that need to stay for a few hours. The floor is grey cement, which is practical for a dog clinic. Hari Parbat is a central location, so we get people coming in from all over. The staff here just wears regular clothes, no fancy uniforms. We spend the day checking schedules and making sure the pets stay calm while they wait. It’s a busy place, especially in the evenings when people get off work. The walls have some old pictures of dogs that customers brought in years ago. It’s just a normal, hardworking clinic in a basement.
