Pet Care Clinic

This clinic is right at the Roshan Bagh Crossing in Dayalbagh. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve got a lot of foot traffic here. People walk their dogs past us all day long. The inside of the clinic is pretty basic. We have the front area where people check in and then the back where the actual check-ups happen. It’s not a massive place, so we have to stay organized. If we let things pile up, we’d run out of room pretty fast. The staff is mostly local folks who have been around animals their whole lives. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re something we aren't. We just like pets and want to help the people who own them. The floors are a bit worn down from all the paws and boots walking over them, but they’re clean enough for what we need. We keep a stash of treats in a jar on the counter, mostly for the dogs that get nervous. Sometimes the cat owners bring their pets in carriers and we have a specific corner for them so they don't get spooked by the dogs. It’s a simple arrangement. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a TV in the waiting room. People just sit and talk to each other while they wait their turn. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere for a small clinic. We keep a fan going in the summer to stay cool.
