Pathak Hospital

Our hospital is right on Shamshabad Road, specifically at 31/157/S6. If you know where the Rajeshwar Temple is, we are right across from it. In Rajpur, everyone knows that temple, so it makes us easy to find. The street gets quite crowded during festivals. We get a lot of people stopping in after they visit the temple or if they live in the nearby blocks. It’s a decent-sized building. We’ve had to fix the roof a few times over the years because the monsoon rains are heavy in this part of Rajpur. Inside, it’s just a standard medical facility. We have some beds for overnight stays and a small area for checkups. The nurses stay busy with the paperwork and helping patients. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just do the work. The fans in the lobby could use an oiling, they squeak sometimes, but they keep the air moving. We see a mix of everyone—old people, kids, workers from the road. Being helpful is our main goal. The pharmacy is right near the entrance so people don't have to walk far for their medicine. It's a plain place, really. We just focus on getting people back on their feet. There’s a tea stall just down the road that makes great ginger tea, which is where we usually go on our breaks. We have some old wooden chairs for people to sit on while they wait. A calendar hangs by the door.
