We’re located at Shop No-13 on the ground floor of Block S-22 in the Shoe Market area of Sanjay Place. It’s a bit of a maze in the market, but if you find Hotel Nuova, we are right behind it. Being in Sanjay Place means there’s always a lot of commercial activity around us. Pasat Holidays is run from this small shop where we handle all sorts of travel arrangements. It’s mostly just us and our computers. The shoe market is a lively place, so there’s always the sound of people bargaining and scooters moving about outside. Our space is a bit cramped because we have so many files and brochures piled up. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything, just a simple board above the door. Most of our day is spent checking ticket availability and replying to messages. It’s practical work. Sometimes the shop gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have a fan that keeps things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Agra; we just want to do our job well so people can get to their destinations. It’s a local business, and we like the community feel of the market. Most people who come to see us are looking for us specifically. Our walls are covered in notes and phone numbers scribbled on bits of paper. It’s a bit disorganized, but it works.
