If you know the Agra Road area near the Jain Mandir, then you’ve probably passed by Pari Auto Parts in Purana Ghat. We’ve been here in Khaniya for quite some time. The shop is full of shelves from floor to ceiling, mostly filled with parts for different vehicles. It’s often a bit messy because we’re constantly looking for things or putting away new arrivals. There’s always some grease on the counter and the smell of rubber and oil in the air. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. The Agra Road stays busy, so there’s always noise outside. We don’t use computers for everything; sometimes a notebook is just faster for keeping track of what we sold. It’s a practical way of running things. We know our neighbors and the mechanics who work around here. It’s just a regular local business trying to provide parts to the community without any fuss or fancy talk. It gets the job done for the folks in Khaniya.
