It’s a very well-known landmark, so most people don't have trouble finding the shop. I’ve been in this business for a long time now, and most folks in the neighborhood just call me Pandit Ji. That’s why I named the place that. We focus a lot on car rentals and local travel. Whether someone needs a small car for a quick trip or a bigger van for a whole family, we try to get it sorted out. The office is small and tucked away, with stacks of old logbooks and a few chairs for customers. My nephew helps me manage the phone calls and the schedule for the drivers. The crossing outside is always crowded, so there’s a constant sound of horns and people talking. It’s a lively place to work. We have a few drivers who have stayed with us for years, and they are like family now. They know all the shortcuts around Agra, which is a big help when the main roads are blocked. We don’t do much fancy advertising or have a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know they can rely on us to find a driver when they need one. We are just a local team doing our thing.
