We’re located out on Sarangpur Road in Fatehabad, right at number 176. It’s a decent spot, though the road gets pretty muddy when it rains. The Paliya brothers started this whole thing as a small import-export venture. We aren’t some massive logistics firm with hundreds of trucks. It’s just us and a few helpers managing the shipments that come through. Most days involve a lot of checking lists and making sure the boxes are packed right. We deal with all sorts of items, whatever comes our way that makes sense to trade. It’s a bit of a gamble sometimes, depending on the markets. We’ve had shipments delayed at the ports before, which is always a headache, but you learn to deal with it. The office is nothing special, just a place to keep the files and have a seat. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re bigger than we are. We just want to move goods from one place to another and make a living doing it. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the news. Other days, it’s non-stop until late at night. We’ve been in Fatehabad for a while and the locals know us. We try to be fair and just keep the business moving. It’s hard work, but it’s ours.
